Treatments and consultations are available by appointment only.

We request 24-hour notice for all cancellations. This time is reserved exclusively for you and we would like to be able to fill it if you cannot make it to your appointment. To avoid charges and to open up time for others seeking services, please allow at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.

Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled. We will try to accommodate your full appointment but we may not be able to extend it due to other scheduled clients.

For a no call / no show you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled appointment.

All clients are required to complete a health history assessment form before their first appointment. Health history forms will be completed at your first consultation.

Before starting electrolysis treatments, electrologists must first obtain written authorization from a licensed physician when any of the following situations apply: the client requests hair removal from moles or the removal of eyelashes; the client has a pacemaker, implantable neuromodulators, or other implantable electronic devices.

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment.

Cash, credit cards, debit cards, Apple pay, Google pay,  and Samsung pay are all accepted. 

If paying by card, proccessing fees of 4% will be applied onto appointment cost.
